Fitness Built For You
You’re a perfect example as to why we measure body composition. If we relied on the scale then you would be discouraged and disappointed. As I said, “the scale isn’t necessarily a true indicator of your progress.”
As we’ve learned, lean muscle mass is more dense than fat and weighs more. So a better indicator of how well you’re doing, is how you feel internally and how your clothes are fitting.
You mentioned this morning, you feel stronger and your husband has noticed the changes in your physique.
That hard work and dedication has been paying off.
It I told you that you would be up 3 pounds on the scale, but lost 4 percent body fat and your clothes would fit better, you’d call me crazy. Well, this is exactly where you’re at because you’ve increased your lean muscle mass 8 pounds and decreased that unhealthy fat 5 pounds.
Great Job! Let’s keep progressing and getting better,
