Vance Mueller

Vance grew up in Amador County and was a student athlete at Jackson High School and a member of the football, basketball and track teams. After High School Vance attended Occidental College where he earned his degree in Kinesiology while excelling in both football and track, earning all-American Honors eight times. After college Vance was a 4th round draft choice for the Los Angeles Raiders and was a significant contributor on special teams and as a short yardage 3rd / down specialist for six seasons. After football, Vance and is wife Lissa, formed Mueller Fitness, Inc. and been involved in the fitness industry since 1994 offering specialized training to the fitness beginner as well as the most serious fitness competitors and team athletes.
