Mueller’s Elite Training Opens in Jackson/Martell
October 26, 2017 – Amador County, CA – Vance Mueller, who grew up in Amador County, has opened Mueller’s Elite Athletic Training Academy. This new specialized training studio focuses on small group training, sports performance training, and one-on-one training.
The studio is located in the Safeway shopping center in Jackson/Martell. It is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including turf for sprints and sled work, a full pull-up bar station, assault bikes, rowers, weights, benches, and custom audio/video technology. It offers a friendly, competitive atmosphere for youth, adults, and families to work out and improve their strength and performance.
“We’re excited to offer personalized training for youth athletics”, says Vance Mueller. “While students get awesome training by their coaches and teams, we focus on their individual needs, strengths, and weaknesses, and help to build their bodies, minds, and spirits so they will excel in their sport.” Until now, student-athletes wanting specialized training had to go out of county for this type of customized programming. Mueller has worked with athletes in all sports, including football, baseball, soccer, motocross, volleyball, gymnastics, running, basketball and swimming.
Janae DeFazio, a UCLA Soccer player who trained with Mueller said, “Vance has a tremendous amount of knowledge and real-life experience from competing at the highest levels. His advanced training techniques not only helped me improve how I train, but he also helped me with my Osgood Schlatter rehab. He was a clear top choice when I needed to prepare for the next level.”
Mueller’s Elite Fitness is offering a limited number of month-to-month memberships at special pre-sale pricing of $69 for an individual, $119 per couple, or $149 for a family up to four people. The studio will be open Monday – Friday 5:00 am – 8:00 pm, Saturdays 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and Sundays by appointment only from 8:00 am – 2:00 pm.
